Manage Visual Voicemail MessagesKeep your inbox organized and manage your messages efficiently. Easily check, reply to, save, call back, and delete Visual Voicemail messages right from your Sonim smartphone.
Before you begin
Ensure your Voicemail is active.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Sonim phone or from another phone.
You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.
Steps
- Open thePhone app.
- Tap theVoicemail icon.
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, select a message to view message then do any of the following:
- To play a message, thePlay icon.
- To place a call back, tapCall.
- To forward a message:
- TapSend to.
- SelectMessagesorGmail.
- Enter the applicable info then tapSend.
- To save a message, tapSend tothen select an option (e.g., Save to Drive, Messages, Gmail, etc.).
- To delete a message, tap theTrash icon.
