Before you begin

If Visual Voicemail is turned off from the Settings screen, messages and Google™ transcripts within the app are deleted. Copies still saved in your Verizon voicemail box are not affected.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Voicemail icon
    .
    If unavailable, from the Phone app, navigate:
    3-dot Menu
    Settings
    Voicemail
     then tap the
    Visual Voicemail switch
     to turn on.
  3. From the Turn on visual voicemail screen, tap
    Turn on
