Alcatel GO FLIP™ V - Add / Edit / Delete a Contact

Here's how to add, edit or remove a contact entry on your GO FLIP V.

Add / Edit a Contact

  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.

  2. Select
    Contacts
    .
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To add a contact, press the
      right soft key
       Soft key to choose Options then select
      New Contact
      .
    • To edit an existing contact, highlight the desired contact, select
      View
       then select
      Edit
      .
  4. Enter or edit any of the info fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email, etc.).
    To add a 2 second pause or wait to the phone number, press and hold the
    *+ key
     then select the
    comma
     ( , ). For example, 609-555-1234,#6789.
    For additional options, press the
    right soft key
     to select Options.
  5. Press the
    right soft key
     to select Options.
  6. Select
    Save
    .

Delete a Contact

  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.

  2. Select
    Contacts
    .
  3. Highlight the desired contact.
  4. Press the
    right soft key
     Soft key to choose Options.
  5. Select
    Delete
    .
  6. Select
    Delete
     again to confirm.
