Alcatel GO FLIP V - Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your GO FLIP V.
The Alcatel GO FLIP™ V supports microSD memory cards which can be purchased from any Verizon store or online.
  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Remove the battery cover.
    With the phone facing down, insert your fingernail into the cutout located on the bottom corner of battery cover to lift and remove.

  3. Utilizing the notch, lift then remove the battery.

  4. Do one of the following:
    • Insert SD / memory card
      With the gold contacts facing down, insert the memory card. Once the card is fully inserted, the latch will automatically lift and hold it in place.
      If needed, press down on the latch to insert the card.
    • Remove SD / memory card
      Remove the SD / memory card by sliding it to the left. If necessary, press down on the latch to remove the SD / memory card.
  5. Insert the battery.
    Ensure the three arrows are pointing to the bottom of the device and the gold contacts line up then press down gently to secure.

  6. Replace the battery cover.
    Press down along the edges to lock into place.
