Nokia 3 V - Add / Remove a Wi-Fi Connection

Here's how to connect to a Wi-Fi network or remove a saved connection on your Nokia 3 V.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     Settings icon.
  2. Navigate:
    Network & Internet
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. Ensure the Wi-Fi switch is turned on Switch on .
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • Connect to an Available Wi-Fi Network
      1. From the Wi-Fi networks section, tap the preferred network.
      2. If prompted, enter the appropriate password then tap
        CONNECT
        .
        To view the password as it is being entered, tap (check)
        Show password
        .
    • Manually Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
      1. Tap
        Add network
         Add icon.
      2. From the Network SSID field, enter the appropriate network name.
      3. From the Security field, tap the
        Dropdown menu
         Dropdown menu icon.
      4. Tap the applicable security option (None, WEP, WPA/WPA2-Personal, etc.)
      5. If prompted, enter a User name in the Identity field.
      6. Enter the password into the Password field.
      7. Tap
        Advanced options
         Down arrow icon, ensure all additional settings (e.g., Proxy, IP Settings, etc.) are configured appropriately (if applicable) then tap
        SAVE
        .
    • Remove a Wi-Fi Connection
      1. Tap
        Saved networks
        .
      2. Tap the applicable network then tap
        FORGET
        .
