Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e - Manage Hotspot Settings
Here's how to configure the hotspot settings (e.g., password, network name, broadcast channel, timeout settings, etc.) on your Galaxy Tab S5e.
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- TapConfigurethen edit any of the following:
- Network name
- Security (Open or WPA2 PSK)
- PasswordTap the Password field to remove the existing password then enter the preferred password.The new password must be entered on the connecting device.
- TapAdvancedthen configure any of the following:
- TimeoutTapTurn off when no device connected forthen select the preferred option (e.g., Never timeout, 5 mins, 10 mins, etc.).
- Broadcast ChannelTapBroadcast channelthen select a channel (e.g., Auto, 1, 2, 7, 11, etc.).
