Software Upgrade Assistant (Orbic) - Enable / Disable Auto Updates

Here's how to enable or disable automatic updates in the Software Upgrade Assistant for Orbic devices.
This helps you update the software on your Orbic device using your computer/PC or Mac.
  • The Software Upgrade Assistant (SUA) can be configured to automatically prompt for software updates; ensure the wireless device is powered on, unlocked (if device lock-enabled), and connected to a compatible computer using the supplied USB cable.
  • The most recent software version will be available on the SUA/SRA tool within a week of a new software update.
  1. Ensure the Software Upgrade Assistant software is installed. Refer to Initial Setup - Software Upgrade Assistant for assistance.
  2. From the taskbar (lower-right), right-click the
    Software Upgrade Assistant tray icon
     SUA icon.
  3. Click
    Auto Download Device Upgrades
     to enable or disable.
    Enabled when a check mark is present.
