Here's how to check the display on your Galaxy Tab S5e if it doesn't rotate or flip.
  1. Swipe down on the
    Status bar
     (at the top) twice to expand the quick settings menu.
    The image below is an example.

  2. Tap 'Auto rotate' or 'Portrait'.
    Screen rotation displays content in landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) orientation but may not be available for all apps. Simply rotate the device to change the view.
