Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e - View / Extend Battery Life
Here's how to extend battery life, view charging status / remaining battery and determine what uses the most power on your Galaxy Tab S5e.
View Battery Life
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .Battery life is measured by standby time, talk time and data usage.
- Review the 'Usage since last full charge' and 'Last 7 days' usage graph.Swipe left or right on the graph to switch between options.
- Tap on a date to view the battery use and charging time for that day.Usage details appear in the daily graph below.
- From the daily graph, tap a time period to view usage details.indicates how much battery usage occurred for each app listed.
Extend Battery Life
- To improve battery life, you can:
- Stop running apps that are not being used.
- Disable apps that are consuming too much battery or RAM and not being used.
- Contact the app developer if an app appears to cause excessive battery drain.
- Adjust brightness to the lowest setting.
- Turn GPS off when not in use.If turned off, certain apps or services may not work properly.
- Turn Wi-Fi off when not in use.If turned off, certain apps or services may not work properly.
- Turn vibrate mode off if not used.
- Change account sync settings to the lowest frequency.
- Remove widgets that automatically update.
