Before you begin
Ensure your Voicemail is active.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Nokia device or from another phone.
You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.
Steps
- Open theVoicemail app.
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, do any of the following:
- To play a message, tap thePlay icon.
- To place a call back, tap theCall.
- To reply with a message, tapReplythen select an app to share the message (e.g., Messages, Email, etc.).
- To save a message, tap theSave iconthen tapConfirm Save.
- To delete a message, tap theTrash icon.
