Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 - Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

Here's how to check 'Do not disturb' settings, if your Galaxy Watch Active2 isn't receiving calls or alerts for texts and email.
From your Android™ smartphone or Apple® iPhone® , ensure your Galaxy Watch Active2 software is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  1. From the watch screen, press the
    Home button
    to open the apps screen.
    Press and hold the Power button
  2. Tap
    Settings Settings icon
    .
  3. Tap
    Advanced
    .
  4. Tap
    Do not disturb
    .
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To enable / disable immediately, tap
      Turn on now
       to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon.
      If turning on, select a duration (e.g., From now on, For 1 hour, for 2 hours, etc.) then tap the
      checkmark icon Accecpt icon
      .
    • To enable / disable at a scheduled time or date:
      1. Tap
        Turn on as scheduled
         to turn on or off.
      2. Tap
        Set schedule
        .
      3. Configure the Start time then tap
        Next
        .
      4. Configure the End time then tap
        Next
        .
      5. Select the desired day(s) then tap
        Done
        .
        Selected when in blue.
