Here's how to manage volume controls if your Galaxy Watch Active2 doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.
From your Android™ smartphone or Apple® iPhone® , ensure your Galaxy Watch Active2 software is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  1. From the watch screen, press the
    Home button
     to open the apps screen.

  2. Double-tap the
    Settings icon
    .
  3. Tap
    Sound and vibration
    .
  4. Tap
    Volume
    .
  5. Tap one of the following:
    • Ringtone
    • Media
    • Notifications
    • System
    • Bixby Voice
  6. Drag the
    Blue Circle
     clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the volume level.
  7. Press the
    Back button
     to return to the previous screen.
