moto g7 play - Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your moto g7 play.

The moto g7 play supports microSD memory cards which can be purchased from any Verizon store or online.

Ensure the device is powered off.

From the left side of the device (display facing up), remove the SIM / SD card tray.

Use the insertion/removal tool (or a paperclip) to unlock the tray by inserting it into the provided slot then remove the tray.

Do one of the following:

Insert / SD memory card

Place the SD / memory card in the tray with the gold contacts facing down.

Remove / SD memory card

Once the tray is removed, lift and remove the SD / memory card.

Push the tray back into the device.
