Enjoy Disney+ streaming content by subscribing and adding it to your account via the My Verizon app.

Before you begin

Disney+ can only be added to accounts with select plans and isn't available in the My Verizon app on Apple devices unless included in your plan. Refer to Add Disney+ - My Verizon Website to manage your subscription through a browser.
To add the Disney bundle perk, refer to My Verizon app - Manage Perks.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account owner or manager device.
  2. Tap the 'Mobile' or 'Home' tab then navigate:
    Shop products & plan perks
    Entertainment
    Disney+
    .
  3. Review the info then tap
    Get it now
    .
  4. From the in Enroll in Disney+ screen, select the preferred option then tap
    Continue
    :
    • Disney+ Basic (With Ads)
    • Disney+ Premium (No Ads)
  5. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions then tap
    Enroll in Disney+
    .
  6. Tap
    Go to Disney
     to be redirected to the Disney+ Account Creation page to finish the account setup, where you're required to enter your email address and given Disney+ app installation instructions.
  7. Enter the email address you wish to use with your Disney+ subscription then tap
    Agree & Continue
    .
    If you already have a Disney+ subscription, enter the email address associated with that subscription.
  8. Enter a password then tap
    Continue
    .
  9. Enter your birthdate then tap
    Confirm
    .
