Turn your Pixel 4 / 4 XL into a portable Wi-Fi network, allowing devices to connect when other Wi-Fi is unavailable. A reliable cellular data connection is recommended.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & Internet
    Hotspot & tethering
    Wi-Fi hotspot
    .
  3. Tap the
    Use Wi-Fi hotspot switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. If presented with a 'Warning' screen, tap
    OK
    .
