Hum by Verizon - Mobile App - Add / Remove Family Members
Here's how to add and remove Family Members from your Hum account using the web portal.
- Account Holders can't invite other existing Hum customers of any tier (e.g., Basic) or customers that have already joined another family to be a part of their family group.
- Family Members have access to all features that pertain to the vehicles they've been assigned to view (e.g., Wi-Fi feature and Number Share features, in addition to all other features).
- Once added, Family Members can't:
- invite other family members to join or edit another Family Member's permissions.
- perform a proactive change of vehicle in the mobile app.
- change billing / account info or edit Emergency Contact info.
