  1. From a Home screen, tap

    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap

  2. Tap

  3. Select an option:
    • Save options
    • HDR
    • Shooting methods

Save Options

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Camera

    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap
    Camera
    .
  2. Tap any of the following options to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon:
    • HEIF pictures (Photo)
    • Pictures as previewed

HDR

HDR (High Dynamic Range) - Combines photos or videos taken at different exposures for one optimal photo or video.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Camera
    Camera icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap
    Camera
    .
  2. Tap the
    HDR (rich tone) switch
    to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon.
  3. With HDR on, select 'Apply when needed' or 'Always apply'.
    Selected when blue dot appears.

Shooting Methods

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Camera
    Camera icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap
    Camera
    .
  2. Tap
    Press Volume key to
    then select an option (e.g., Take picture or record video, Zoom, etc.).
  3. Tap any of the following options to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon:
    • Floating Shutter button
    • Show palm

Self-timer

Used to select the length of the delay before the camera takes a photo automatically.

    Timer icon.
  3. Select an option:
    • Off
    • 2 secs

Ratio

  2. Tap the

  3. Select an option:
    • 3:4
    • 9:16

Filters

Used to apply a beauty or filter effect.

  2. Tap the
    Filters icon
    Filters icon.
  3. Swipe left to choose a preset effect (e.g., Warm, Cool, Lolli, etc.).

Switch Camera

  1. From a Home screen, tap

    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap

  2. On the photo preview screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display or tap the
    Camera Facing icon
    Camera Facing icon to switch between rear and front-facing camera.

Scene Optimizer

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Camera
    Camera icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap
    Camera
    .
  2. Tap the
    Scene Optimizer icon
    Scene Optimizer icon to automatically adjust the color and effect for the current scenery.
    If the icon doesn't display, tap
    Settings
    Camera Settings icon from the preview screen and ensure the
    Scene optimizer switch
    is on On switch icon.

Shooting Modes

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Camera

    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap

  2. To change the camera mode, swipe left or right to select an option:
    • Panorama
      Tap the
      Camera button
      then pan slowly in one direction.
    • Pro
      Manually adjust the ISO sensitivity, exposure value, white balance, and color tone.
    • Live focus
      Tap an object less than 20 inches away to focus on it then tap the Camera button to take a picture.
    • Photo
      Capture a picture.
    • Video
      Capture video.
    • Hyperlapse
      Create time-lapse videos.

Lens

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Camera
    Camera icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap

  2. Tap the Wide-angle lens icon Wide angle for basic photos or Telephoto lens icon Telephoto lens for 2x optical zoom.
