Here's how to connect to a Wi-Fi network or remove a saved connection on your OnePlus 8 5G UW.
- Perform one of the following:
- Connect to an Available Wi-Fi Network
- To add from available networks:
- Tap the preferred Wi-Fi network.If the preferred network is not listed, it can be added manually.
- If presented, enter the appropriate password then tapCONNECT.
- To add with a QR Code:
- TapQR Code icon.
- Scan QR Code to connect.
- Manually Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
- TapAdd network(at the bottom).
- From the Network name field, enter the appropriate name.
- From the Security field, tap theDropdown menu
.
- Tap the applicable security option (None, WEP, WPA/WPA2-Personal, etc.).
- From the Password field, enter the appropriate password.
- Ensure additional settings (e.g., EAP method, CA certificate, etc.) are configured appropriately (if applicable) then tapSave.
- Remove a Wi-Fi Connection
- Tap the Wi-Fi network you wish to remove.
- TapForget.
