Adjust motion and gesture settings to improve how you use your OnePlus 8 5G UW. Customize for gestures, quicker shortcuts, and increased overall efficiency.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Buttons & gestures
    Quick gestures
    .
  3. Select any of the following then tap the
    switch
     to turn on or off:
    • Flip to mute
      : Place your hand on the screen while the screen is on to mute calls and alarms.
    • Three-finger screenshot
      : The screen is captured by swiping the edge of your hand across more than half the screen.
    • Double tap to wake
      : Turns the screen on when you tap the screen twice.
    • Music control
      : Draw with two fingers to play or pause music.
