Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as the Account Owner or Manager.
  2. Navigate:
    Account
    My products & plan perks
    Apple Music
    .
  3. Find the desired line then select
    Unsubscribe
    .
  4. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions then select
    Confirm
    .
