Add Disney bundle - My Verizon app

Here's how to add the Disney bundle subscription via the My Verizon app.
Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from the Account Owner or Account Manager device then tap the
    Account tab
    .
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
    Subscribing to the Disney bundle isn't available in the My Verizon app on Apple devices unless included in your plan. Refer to Add Disney bundle - My Verizon Website to manage your subscription through a browser.
  2. Navigate:
    Services & perks
    Entertainment
    .
  3. Select
    The Disney Bundle Upgrade (Hulu & ESPN+)
    , review the info then tap
    Get it now
    .
    Section only appears for eligible accounts with select Unlimited plans. For Disney bundle eligibility and promotional offers, check out these Disney bundle FAQs.
    To add the Disney bundle perk, refer to My Verizon app - Manage Perks.
  4. Enter then re-enter the email address you wish to use with your Disney bundle subscription then tap
    Validate
    .
    If you already have a Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+ subscription, enter the email address associated with that subscription.

  5. If you receive a message that states 'The email address you have entered is associated with an existing subscription...', review the info then tap
    Close

  6. To continue, accept the Terms & Conditions then tap
    Confirm
    .
  7. From the You're now enrolled screen, review the info then tap
    Go to Disney
    .
  8. From the Disney website, enter your email, review the Privacy Policy and Subscriber Agreement then tap
    AGREE & CONTINUE
    .
    Ensure you enter the same email address used in step 5, otherwise, you won't receive the Disney bundle through Verizon offer.
  9. Do one of the following:
    • If you have an existing Disney+ account:
      1. Enter your password.
      2. Tap
        LOG IN
        .
    • If you're creating a Disney+ account for the first time:
      1. Enter a password.
        The password must be a minimum of 6 characters with at least 1 number or special character.
      2. Tap
        Continue
        .
  10. From the 'Your Disney+ account is good to go' screen, tap 'Activate Hulu' or 'Log in to ESPN+' then following then follow the onscreen instructions.
    To start streaming Disney+, install the Disney+ app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™ Store.
  1. After activating the Disney bundle, tap
    Activate Hulu
     from the 'Your Disney+ account is good to go' screen.
    Hulu can also be activated through a browser if necessary:
    1. Visit www.disneyplus.com from your web browser.
    2. Log in to your Disney+ account using the email address and password used to add Disney bundle.
    3. If necessary, select the appropriate profile.
    4. Tap the
      Profile icon
       then tap
      Account
      .
    5. Under My Disney Services, tap
      Hulu
      .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If the email address used to sign up for the Disney bundle is associated with an active Hulu account:
      1. Ensure the correct email address is listed then enter your password.
      2. Tap
        LOG IN
        .
    • If you need to create a Hulu account:
      1. Enter the required info (e.g., EMAIL, PASSWORD, etc.).
        Ensure the same email address used for your Disney+ account is entered.
      2. Review the Hulu Terms of Use and Privacy Policy then tap
        Continue
        .
  3. Tap
    OPEN THE HULU APP
     to begin streaming your favorites.
  4. To start streaming Hulu content, install the Hulu app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  1. After activating the Disney bundle
    Log in to ESPN+
     from the 'Your Disney+ account is good to go' screen.
    ESPN can also be accessed by visiting plus.espn.com/activate directly.
  2. From the Welcome to ESPN+ screen, tap
    LOG IN & STREAM
    .
  3. Enter the same email address and password used when signing up for the Disney bundle then tap
    Log In
     to begin streaming.
    If preferred, install the ESPN app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
