Activate Disney bundle Perk

Use the My Verizon app to easily activate, access, and manage your Disney bundle perk so you can begin streaming your favorite content.

Before you begin

Changes may take up to 15 minutes to update.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. Depending on your plan, tap the 'Mobile' or 'Home' tab then tap
    Shop products & plan perks
    .
  3. Tap
    Entertainment
     then tap
    Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (With Ads)
    .
  4. Review the details then tap
    Continue
    .
  5. If prompted, select the desired line.
  6. From the Review your plan changes screen, tap
    Confirm
    .
  7. Tap
    Set up
    . Your browser will open to the disneyplus.com website.
    If returning to this step at a later time from the My Verizon app Me tab, navigate:
    Manage products & plan perks
    Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (With Ads)
    Set up
    .
  8. From the new Disney+ website tab, do one of the following:
    Refer to my.disney.com for more MyDisney account (e.g., Disney+, Hulu™, ESPN+, etc.) info.
    • If you already have a MyDisney account:
      1. Enter the email address associated with one of those subscriptions then tap
        Continue
        .
      2. Enter the one-time code sent to your email then tap
        Continue
        .
      3. Enter your password then tap
        Save & Continue
        .
    • If you don't have a MyDisney account:
      1. Enter your email address to create a MyDisney account then tap
        Continue
        .
      2. Verify your email then tap
        Confirm
        .
      3. Enter your desired password for your MyDisney account then tap
        Agree & Continue
        .
      4. Enter your Birthdate then tap
        Save & Continue
        .
  9. Tap
    Start Streaming Disney+
     to go straight to disneyplus.com.
  10. From disneyplus.com in your phone browser, navigate
    My Profile
    Account
     then do any of the following:
    • To access Hulu, tap
      Hulu
       from the Your Other Services section then follow the onscreen steps to sign in with the same MyDisney account used for Disney+.
    • To access ESPN+, tap
      ESPN+
       from the Your Other Services section then follow the onscreen steps to sign in with the same MyDisney account used for Disney+.
    • To manage your bundle's subscription tier, refer to the Changing your Disney+ plan help page.
      While you can add or remove the Disney bundle via My Verizon, making changes to your bundle's subscription tier (e.g., switching between with ads or no ads, changing to ESPN Unlimited, etc.), is managed directly through Disney.
