Disney Bundle $10/month perk with select mobile and home internet plans FAQs

You can choose the Disney Bundle perk when you sign up for an eligible mobile phone or home internet plan.

Or, when you have an eligible plan, you can add the perk anytime in My Verizon:

1. Sign into either your:
   • Mobile account (phone and/or wireless home internet) - Select Services & perks and scroll down to view perks your plan is eligible for. Choose a perk.
   • Fios account - Perks your plan is eligible for display under Recommended perks. Choose a perk.
2. Select the line to add the perk to. Follow the prompts to add and activate the perk.

Keep in mind:

• Only Account Owners and Account Managers can add and remove perks. Anyone on the account can activate perks. Learn about managing account roles.
• You can only access the perks that are available with your plan.

Yes. Here's what happens when you already have a Disney Bundle, Disney+ and/or ESPN+ subscription through Disney or ESPN:

• When you buy and activate the Disney Bundle perk, your existing subscription(s) is automatically paused.
• If you cancel the Disney Bundle perk, your previous subscription(s) resumes.

Note: To be sure you can manage any existing Disney, Hulu and/or ESPN subscriptions, you must use the same email address to activate your new Disney Bundle perk subscription as you did to enroll in the original subscription(s).

Yes. Here's what happens when you already have a Disney subscription through Verizon.

• Existing Disney+ or the Disney Bundle subscription - When you switch to an eligible plan and enroll in the Disney Bundle perk, your existing subscription is automatically replaced.
• Existing Disney+ (No Ads) or the Disney Bundle paid subscription - When you switch to an eligible plan and don't enroll in the Disney Bundle plan perk, your existing subscription continues.
• Existing Disney+ 6-month offer - When you switch to an eligible plan and don't enroll in the Disney Bundle plan perk, you lose any remaining time on the 6-month offer. Your Verizon account is charged $15.99/month or then-current price (plus tax where applicable).
• Disney Bundle included with your Verizon plan - When you switch to an eligible plan and don't enroll in the Disney Bundle plan perk, the Disney Bundle is no longer included with your plan. Your Verizon account is charged $21.99/month or the then-current price (plus tax where applicable).

Good to know: If mobile phone lines on your account remain eligible for the Disney+ 6-month offer or the Disney Bundle Inclusion offer, those lines continue to receive the offer unless you switch to an ineligible plan or the offer is discontinued. Offers may end without notice and are subject to separate terms.

Yes. Here’s what happens when you have a Disney Bundle, Disney+, and/or ESPN+ through a third party (e.g., Apple, Google, Amazon, etc.).

When you buy and activate the Disney Bundle perk, the Disney Bundle perk doesn’t automatically replace or pause that subscription. After you enroll in the Disney bundle perk and complete account setup, you’re sent an email about how to manage your existing subscription.

You’re still billed for your existing subscription through the third party until you take the steps detailed in the emailed instructions.

Note: To be sure you can manage any existing Disney, Hulu and/or ESPN subscriptions, you must use the same email address to activate your new Disney Bundle perk subscription as you did to enroll in the original subscription(s).

Yes. Here's what happens when you already have a Hulu subscription.

Existing Hulu (With Ads), Hulu (No Ads), Hulu + Live TV, Hulu (No Ads) + Live TV or Disney Bundle subscription, billed by Hulu - The Disney Bundle perk won't automatically replace that subscription.

After you enroll and complete account setup of all 3 streaming services that are part of the Disney Bundle perk, you'll see a credit from Hulu on your billing statement for an amount equal to the then-current retail price of Hulu (With Ads), for as long as you maintain an eligible subscription through Verizon.

Note:

• Unless otherwise directed, to receive the Hulu credit, existing subscribers must complete Hulu account setup through the link provided by Disney+.
• Existing Hulu (With Ads) and Hulu (No Ads) subscribers billed directly by Hulu may need to manage services to complete Hulu account setup.

Subscribers to one of Hulu's Live TV plans or the Disney Bundle billed directly by Hulu must cancel or switch their base plan to the Hulu (With Ads) or Hulu (No Ads) plan to complete Hulu account setup.

Annual Hulu subscribers must cancel their Hulu subscription in order to complete Hulu account setup. Cancellation will forfeit the remainder of the annual subscription period and will not be entitled to a refund.

Hulu subscription billed through a third party, you must manage your account and wait until the end of your billing period to complete Hulu account setup. You will continue to be billed for your existing Hulu subscription until you manage your account.

If you don't have an existing Hulu subscription at the time you enroll in the Disney Bundle plan perk, you won't be able to switch your plan or purchase services offered by Hulu while enrolled.

Note: To be sure you can manage any existing Disney, Hulu and/or ESPN subscriptions, you must use the same email address to activate your new Disney Bundle perk subscription as you did to enroll in the original subscription(s).

You can access Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ movies and TV series on devices including personal computers, mobile phones and tablets and connected TV devices. To learn more about what devices are supported for each service, visit:

You must activate each of your perk subscriptions before you can access Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. You can then access streaming content by:

• Supported devices - Downloading the apps for Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+.*
• Desktop computers - Sign into your Disney+ account on a web browser. From here, choose Account in the top right, then My Services. Access Hulu or ESPN+ by choosing Stream Now.
• Signing into your accounts on a web browser:
  • Disney+
  • Hulu
  • ESPN+

*Content from one app can't be played on the other apps (e.g., you can watch Disney+ shows on the Disney+ app but not on the ESPN+ app).

When you're streaming with:

• Disney+ - 4 devices can stream at the same time.
• Hulu - 2 devices can stream at the same time.
• ESPN+ - 3 devices can stream content at the same time.

When you add the Disney Bundle perk to your eligible mobile line or home internet account:

• Billing starts when the eligible mobile line or home internet plan or Fios account is active and you order the perk.
• The $10/month per line charge appears on your:
  • Mobile bill if the perk is added to your mobile phone plan, 5G Home, 5G Home Plus, LTE Home or LTE Home Plus (wireless internet) plan.
  • Fios Home Internet bill if the perk is added to your Fios Home Internet account.
• You will have access to the perk as soon as billing starts by activating each subscription.

The perk renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can cancel your perk subscription anytime through My Verizon.

If you cancel your Disney Bundle perk, you can use the subscription until the end of the perk subscription period. The $10 charge for that month isn't refunded or prorated.

To cancel:

• Mobile phone, 5G Home, LTE Home accounts - Visit My Verizon, then select Services & perks to manage the perk.
  • For step-by-step perk un-enrollment instructions visit: My Verizon App - Manage Perks or My Verizon Website - Manage Perks
• Fios Home Internet account - Visit My Verizon. On your homepage, scroll down to view your perks. Select the perk to manage.

Here's what happens if you change your eligible plan or Fios account. If you:

• Change the line with the perk from a qualifying plan to another qualifying plan, your perk won't change.
• If you cancel your qualifying plan or account then going forward you'll no longer get the Disney Bundle for $10/month. The perk is canceled.

You can change or cancel your plan or account anytime through My Verizon.

If you cancel the Verizon mobile or home internet service your perk is associated with:

• Your perk cancels.
• The $10 perk charge isn't refunded.
• You can use the perk until the end of the perk subscription period, then it will be canceled.

If you suspend your Verizon mobile or home internet service during the perk subscription period:

• You can use the perk until the end of the perk subscription period.
• At the end of the subscription period, the subscription does not renew and you won't have access to the Disney Bundle subscription.
