If you no longer want to use Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+, you can easily cancel your Disney bundle subscription through the My Verizon app. This helps you manage your services and avoid unwanted charges.

Before you begin

If the Disney bundle is removed, it can't be readded unless included with select Verizon Unlimited plans.
Managing your Disney bundle isn't available in the My Verizon app on Apple devices unless included in your plan. Refer to Remove Disney bundle - My Verizon Website to manage your subscription through a browser.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. From the Me tab, navigate:
    Manage products & plan perks
    The Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu & ESPN+)
    .
  3. Tap
    Unsubscribe
     below the applicable phone number.
  4. To continue, review the changes then tap
    Confirm
    .
