Here's how to factory / hard reset your Fossil Gen 5 LTE Smartwatch if the screen freezes or call, app, audio or sync issues occur.
Performing a factory data reset removes all data from the device. Only perform a reset if necessary.
  1. From the watch screen, press the
    Power / Home button
     to open the apps screen.
    An alternate reset method is available if the device can't be powered on and is unresponsive.

    Disconnect & reset

  5. From the 'Disconnect & reset?' screen, read the disclaimer then tap the
    Checkmark icon
     to confirm.
