Here's how to manage volume controls if your Fossil Gen 5 LTE Smartwatch doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.
Ensure the software on your Fossil Gen 5 LTE Smartwatch is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  1. From the watch screen, press the
    Power / Home button
     to open the apps screen.

  2. Tap the
    Settings icon

  3. Tap
    Sound
    .
  4. Tap one of the following:
    • Media volume
    • Alarm volume
    • Ring volume
  5. Drag the
    red dot
     right or left to adjust the volume level.
  6. Swipe the screen from left to right to return to the previous screen.
