If you’re troubleshooting an issue with discovery+ support, you’ll need a reference number, which can be found by signing in to the My Verizon app.

Before you begin

Managing discovery+ isn't available in the My Verizon app on Apple devices unless included in your plan. Refer to discovery+ subscription - My Verizon Website to manage your subscription through a browser.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. From the Me tab, navigate:
    Manage products & plan perks
    discovery+
    .
  3. View the discovery+ reference number.
