Here's how to search for devices in the Verizon MDM (BuSS).
  • Verizon MDM content displayed and the ability to modify or update content may vary based on policy, role, or permissions.
  • Due to a number of features that require HTML 5, Verizon MDM requires Internet Explorer version 10 and above to work efficiently.
  1. From the Home screen, hover over
    Manage
     then click
    Search Devices
     from the dropdown menu.

  2. Use the search field to find specific devices or use the various dropdown menus to filter the list.

  3. From the Device summary list, view the following info:
    • Display Name
    • Device Name
    • IMEI
    • Inventory Number
    • Phone Number
    • MEID
    • Platform
    • User ID
    • Last Check In
    • Device Status
    • MAC Address (Wi-Fi)
    • Line Usage
    • Installed Config Version
    • Device summary
  4. Hover over
    Manage
     (upper-left) then click
    Dashboard
     to return to the Home screen.
