One Talk
Enable / Disable Admin PIN Delivery (My Business)

Use your My Business account to control the delivery of admin PINs, allowing you to enable or disable this feature as your administrative needs change.

Before you begin

Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.

Steps

  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. From the dropdown menu next to the name, click
    Profile Administration
    .
  3. Click
    Edit
     at the right side of an Administrator line.
  4. Confirm or edit user details then click
    Continue
    .
  5. Check or uncheck
    Receive OneTalk Mobile app PIN delivery notifications
     then click
    Continue
    .
  6. Select the applicable One Talk group assignments then click
    Continue
    .
  7. Select the applicable billing structure then click
    Save
    .
