View Google Play Pass Reference Number

If you’re troubleshooting an issue with Google Play™ Pass support, you’ll need a reference number, which can be found by signing in to the My Verizon app.

Before you begin

Managing your Google Play Pass subscription isn't available in the My Verizon app on Apple devices unless included in your plan. Refer to View Google Play Pass Reference Number - My Verizon Website to manage your subscription through a browser.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. From the Me tab, navigate:
    Manage products & plan perks
    Google Play Pass
    .
  3. View the Google Play Pass reference number.
