Cancel Apple Arcade Subscription

If you no longer want to use Apple Arcade®, you can easily cancel your subscription to avoid unwanted charges.

Before you begin

Apple Arcade when you have an eligible Unlimited plan is no longer available. Once the subscription is removed it can't be re-added.

Cancel Through Apple

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap
    Subscriptions
    .
  4. Tap
    Apple Arcade
    .
  5. Tap
    Cancel Subscription
    .

My Verizon app

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. From the Me tab, navigate:
    Manage products & plan perks
    Apple Arcade
    .
  3. Tap
    Unsubscribe
     below the desired line.
  4. To continue, review the changes then tap
    Confirm
    .

My Verizon Website

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Account Manager.
  2. From the Account Overview screen, navigate:
    Account
    My products & plan perks
    Apple Arcade
    .
  3. Select
    Unsubscribe
     below the desired line.
  4. To proceed, review the message then select
    Remove Apple Arcade
    .
