Here's how to restart your Galaxy A12 if it crashes and resets, freezes or runs slowly.
  1. Press and hold the

     on the right edge of the device until options appear.
    If the device is unresponsive, press and hold the

     until the device power cycles (approximately 30 seconds) then release. Allow several seconds for the reboot process to complete.
