MOTO G PLAY (2021) - Add / Edit / Delete a Contact

Here's how to add, edit or remove a contact entry on your moto g play (2021).
Expand All
  1. Open the
    Contacts app
     Contacts icon.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To add a contact, tap the
      Add icon
       Add icon.
    • To edit an existing contact, select the desired contact then tap
      Edit contact
      .
  3. If presented, select an account (e.g., Phone, Google, etc.).
    Depending on the account, the options presented may vary.
  4. Enter or edit any of the info fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email, etc.) then tap
    Save
    .
    To add a pause (a 2-second delay between numbers) or wait, tap
    *#
     then tap Pause (,) or Wait (;).
    Tap
    More fields
     for additional options.
  1. Open the
    Contacts app
     Contacts icon.
  2. Select the desired contact.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon then tap
    Delete
    .
  4. Tap
    Delete
     to confirm.
