Merging your Verizon IDs via the My Verizon app creates a single point of access for your wireless and home services, making it more efficient to keep track of your accounts.

Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
     then tap the
    Me tab
    .
  2. Tap
    Profile & settings
    .
  3. From the Security section, tap
    One Verizon ID
    .
  4. If prompted to link your Home service screen, tap
    Yes
    .
    If you haven't already set up sign in credentials for your Home account, tap
    No
     then follow the onscreen steps to register your Fios service.
  5. Enter your Home Primary Account Holder credentials in the User ID and Password fields then tap
    Confirm
    .
    Only the Primary Account Holder's credentials from the Home account can be merged.
  6. Tap
    Done
    .
