Manage Visual Voicemail MessagesKeep your inbox organized and manage your messages efficiently. Easily check, reply to, save, call back and delete Visual Voicemail messages right from your Orbic smartphone.
Before you begin
Ensure your Voicemail is active.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Orbic device or from another phone.
You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.
Steps
- Open theVoicemail app.
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, select a message to view message then do any of the following:
- To play a message, tap thePlay icon.
- To place a call back, tap theCall icon.
- To reply with a text message:
- Tap the3-dot Menuthen tapReply.
- TapMessage, enter the message then tapSend.
- To forward a message:
- TapForward.
- SelectMessageorEmail.
- Enter the applicable info then tapSend.
- To save a message, tap the3-dot Menuthen tapSave.
- To delete a message:
- Tap the applicable message(s) you want to delete.
- Tap theTrash iconthen tapDeleteto confirm.
