Google Pixel Phones - Enable / Disable eSIM Profile

Here's how to verify if the eSIM profile on your Pixel phone is on or off.
The following Pixel phones don't support Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) or eSIM:
  • Pixel Phone by Google
  • Pixel 2 / 2XL
  • Pixel 3 / 3XL
  • Pixel 3a / 3aXL
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    SIMs
    .
  3. If needed, tap the line for the eSIM (name varies; example Verizon eSIM).
  4. Tap the
    Use SIM switch
     to turn on or off.
    If you are prompted to download a SIM, contact Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 to have a eSIM profile reserved for your device.
  5. Tap
    Yes
     to confirm.
