Airspeed Mobile Hotspot - Insert / Remove SIM Card

Here's how to properly insert or remove a SIM card for your Airspeed Mobile Hotspot.

Instructions on inserting / removing your SIM can help with activation issues / errors, browser connection problems and a blank or frozen screen.

Don't attempt to insert or remove the SIM card while your Airspeed Mobile Hotspot is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and / or the device.

Don't bend or scratch your SIM card. Avoid exposing your SIM card to electricity, water or dirt.

Ensure the device is powered off.

Remove the battery cover using the cutout on the back cover.

Press the SIM card clip down.

Insert or remove the SIM card from its slot.

If inserting, ensure the gold contacts face the front of the device.

Press the top edge of the back cover against the top edge of the device then snap the cover into place.
