Windows 11
Enable / Disable / Modify SIM PIN

Enabling a SIM PIN provides extra security to your Windows® 11 device, helping to prevent unauthorized use and protect your personal info if your device is misplaced or stolen.

Before you begin

Enabling the SIM PIN locks the SIM card so it can't be used until the correct code is entered.
If the incorrect PIN code is entered too many times, refer to My Verizon Website - Locate the SIM PIN / PUK to get a new PIN Unblocking Key (PUK). If you have Prepaid service, contact customer service to get the PUK.
