Orbic AirSurf 5G - Restore to Factory Defaults

Here's how to restore your AirSurf 5G laptop to default factory settings.
  • Before performing a factory data reset on your Orbic® AirSurf 5G™, ensure you back up all important data stored on the device and that it has a full battery life.
  • For additional info refer to the Windows® support article, Recovery options in Windows then select the Windows 11 tab.
  1. From the Home screen, tap or click the
    Start key
     Windows Start key (lower-left).
  2. Tap or click the
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap or click
    System
    .
  4. Tap or click
    Recovery
    .
  5. From the 'Recovery options' section, tap or click
    Reset PC
    .
  6. From the 'Reset this PC' prompt, choose an option:
    • Keep my files
    • Remove everything
  7. From the 'How would you like to reinstall Windows' prompt, choose an option:
    • Cloud download
    • Local reinstall
  8. From the 'Additional settings' screen, review current settings then tap or click
    Next

    Reset

    If applicable, set up your device.
