Here's how to properly insert or remove a SIM card for your Orbic Speed 5G.
Instructions on inserting/removing your SIM can help with activation issues / errors, browser connection problems and a blank or frozen screen.
- Don't attempt to insert or remove the SIM card while your Verizon Orbic®Speed 5G™ is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and / or the device.
- Don't bend or scratch your SIM card. Avoid exposing your SIM card to electricity, water or dirt.
- Insert your fingers in the battery cover removal notch at the left edge of the battery cover, then lift and remove the battery cover. Set the cover aside.
- If inserting, ensure the gold contacts face the front of the device.
