Activate your Pixel Watch to get started. This ensures you can make calls and send messages.

Before you begin

If the Pixel Watch was purchased outside of Verizon, contact us to start a line of service for your device.
The Pixel Watch is not compatible with Apple® devices.
The Pixel Watch can be set up via Number Share. To set up with Number Share, the companion smartphone must be activated on the same Verizon account as the Pixel Watch.
If you're pairing an existing Pixel Watch with a new Android smartphone, refer to Connect to New Phone.
Before completing the steps below, verify:

Steps

  1. Open the
    Google Pixel Watch app
    .
  2. To set up your new watch screen, tap
    Continue
    .
  3. To continue, review the info on the Terms of service screen then tap
    I agree
    .
  4. From the Connect your watch screen, tap
    Google Pixel Watch
     then if prompted, tap
    Allow
     to approve the necessary permissions.
  5. Ensure the passkey matches what's displayed on the Pixel Watch then tap
    Pair
    .
  6. Sign in to your Google account then tap
    Next
    .
  7. From the Additional legal terms screen, tap
    I accept
    .
  8. From the Welcome to your new Google Pixel Watch screen, tap
    Next
    .
  9. From the Put on your watch screen, follow the instructions then tap
    Next
    .
  10. Set the watch orientation, select the desired options then tap
    Next
    .
  11. From the Learn how to switch bands screen, tap
    Next
     or
    Not now

  12. From the Fitbit screen, tap
    Install
     or
    Do it later
    .
  13. From the Talk to your watch screen, tap
    Setup
     or
    Skip
    .
  14. From the You're almost done screen, tap
    Continue
    .
  15. Select a lock option for the watch (PIN or pattern) or tap
    Skip
    .
  16. From the Select apps for your watch screen, select the desired apps, tap
    Continue
     or
    Skip
    .
  17. From the Stay Connect on the go screen, tap 
    Set up
     or
    Not now
    .
  18. From the Connect to Verizon network screen, select an option or tap
    Not now
    .
    If you skip this step, you can add a cellular plan later.
  19. From the Connect to Verizon network screen, then follow on the onscreen instructions.
  20. To complete setup, tap
    Done
