Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Home tab
    .
  3. If necessary, tap the
    5G Home tab
     then tap your 5G Home Wi-Fi router.
  4. From the Resources section, tap
    Wi-Fi Signal Analyzer
    .
  5. Tap
    Get started
     then follow the onscreen prompts.
