Razer Edge 5G - Manage Hotspot Settings

Here's how to configure the hotspot settings (e.g., password, network name, timeout settings, etc.) on your Razer Edge 5G.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    Hotspot and tethering
    Mobile Hotspot
    .
  3. Tap any of the following to configure:
    • Hotspot name
    • Security (e.g., None, WPA2-Personal, etc)
    • Hotspot password
      The new password must be entered on the connecting device.
      1. Tap the Password field to remove the existing password.
      2. Enter the preferred password then tap
        OK
        .
    • AP Band (e.g., 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, etc.)
  4. Tap
    Advanced Mobile Hotspot settings
    .
  5. Tap
    Timeout settings
     then choose an options (e.g., 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.).
  6. Tap the
    Hide my device switch
     to turn on or off.
