Here's how to view the devices connected to your Genesis in-car Wi-Fi / Mobile Hotspot.
Here's how to view the devices connected to your Genesis® Wi-Fi Hotspot powered by Verizon.
- Enrollment in Connected Service is required before using in-car Wi-Fi or accessing the Wi-Fi Hotspot settings screen.
- Up to 5 devices can be connected to your Wi-Fi hotspot at the same time.
- When 5 devices are actively connected, additional users attempting to connect may experience the following:
- The device continually displays the enter password prompt.
- The device displays an "Incorrect Password" message despite entering it correctly.
- The car's Wi-Fi network doesn't appear in the available networks list.
- The device displays no message at all and never connects.
- Navigate to the HOME screen on your infotainment system.
- TapSetup.
- TapData / Network.
- TapWi-Fi Hotspot.
- TapConnected devices.If 5 devices are listed, additional devices can't connect.To connect an additional device, one of the currently connected devices must disconnect.
