If your Internet Gateway is having power issues, view this info.
- Ensure the power cable is free of any damage.
- Verify all cables are firmly connected to the back of the router or receiver.
- Verify that the power adapter is securely connected to an outlet.
- If the router is connected to a surge protector or power strip, test the router using a known working wall outlet.
