My Verizon app - Manage Perks

Here's how to add, activate or remove a plan perk via the My Verizon app.
  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
    If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, you can also visit the My Verizon website to manage your account.
  • Optional perks vary by plan and device and are available with select Unlimited, 5G Home and LTE Home plans.
    To change to a qualifying plan, refer to My Verizon App - Manage Plan.

  1. Open the My Verizon app then tap the
    Account tab
    .
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
    Only Account Owners or Account Managers can add a perk steps.
  2. Tap
    Services & perks
    .
  3. Tap the desired category (e.g., Entertainment, Safety, etc.) then tap the desired perk.
  4. Review the details then tap
    Add
    .
  5. From the Choose your perks page, tap the
    switch
    to turn the perk(s) on then select the desired subscription if necessary.
    Some subscriptions offer multiple options.

  6. Tap
    Continue

  7. From the Review your plan changes screen, tap
    Confirm
    .
    To activate your subscription (e.g., Disney bundle, Netflix & Max, etc.) you must activate the perk.
    The change takes up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.

    after a perk has been added.
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
    Changes take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
  2. Navigate:
    Services & perks
    Manage services & perks
    .
  3. Tap the applicable perk then tap
    Set up
    .
  4. Scroll to the bottom then select the appropriate number(s) and tap 'Send link' or 'Register'.
    Steps vary by subscription and offer provider.
    If prompted, continue to the provider's app or website to create login credentials and complete the account creation to activate the promotion.

    then tap the desired perk.
  3. Tap
    Unsubscribe
    below the applicable number.
  4. Review the info then tap
    Confirm
