Turning on data lets your Pixel Fold access online services over the Verizon network, while turning it off will impact that experience unless connected to Wi-Fi.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    SIMs
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To turn mobile data on or off, tap the
      Mobile data switch
      .
    • To turn data roaming on or off, tap the applicable SIM (e.g., Verizon, etc.) then tap the
      Roaming switch
      .
      Depending on your plan, enabling data roaming may cause roaming charges (e.g., when traveling internationally).
