Here's how to manage emergency alerts (e.g., AMBER Alerts, etc.) for your Pixel 8 / 8 Pro.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Notifications

Wireless emergency alerts

To control alerts, tap the

Allow alerts switch

to turn on or off.

Tap any of the following to turn on or off:

Extreme threats

Severe threats

AMBER alerts

Public safety messages

State and local tests

Vibration

Spanish

Tap

Alert reminder

then select an option (e.g., Once, Every 2 minutes, etc.).
