Google Pixel 8 / 8 Pro - Turn Wi-Fi Calling On / Off

When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your Pixel 8 / 8 Pro.
  1. To use Wi-Fi Calling, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.
  2. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    SIMs
    .
  4. Tap the name of the SIM (e.g., Verizon, etc.).
  5. Tap
    Wi-Fi calling
    .
  6. Tap the
    Use Wi-Fi calling switch
     to turn on or off.
    If prompted, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, tap
    Continue
    , enter a valid E911 address then tap
    Save
    .
  • To select your calling preference while traveling outside the Verizon wireless coverage area or internationally, ensure Wi-Fi Calling is turned on, tap
    Roaming preference
    , select 'Wi-Fi' or 'Mobile' then restart the device.
