Disable Low Power or Battery Saver Mode for Driving Insights

Don't let power-saving features pause your safety updates. Turning off Low Power Mode / Battery Saver Mode keeps Driving Insights running smoothly while you drive.

Before you begin

For Driving Insights to work, Low Power mode (iOS) or Battery Saver mode (Android) should be disabled on the child's device.

Low Power Mode (iOS Devices)

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Battery
    Low Power Mode
    .
  3. Tap the
    Low Power Mode switch
     to turn off.

Battery Saver Mode (Android Devices)

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Battery
    Battery Saver / Power Saver
    .
  3. Tap the
    Battery Saver / Power Saver switch
     to turn off.
